Default Gas pedal height

I've been practicing my heel & toe lately and find that I can't roll my foot over because it gets stuck inbetween the brake and gas. At a size 9 my feet arent' that small, so looking closer at my pedals, I see that my brake and clutch sit twice as high as the gas pedal which would cause my foot to get stuck in there. Even when using the heel to blip the gas, it seems really far away.

Do you guys have the same height differences?

I wear a size 13 and roll my foot to heel toe, can't turn my foot
I had a height difference with my 'stang but I haven't noticed a height differnce with the S. Picked up heel-toe with the car in a couple of hrs of owning it(bit different then the stang ;b )

I wear a 9 as well and never had much problem learning to heal and toe in the S. I tended to kinda roll my foot to right and use the outer edge to hit the gas.

I was wondering more to see if there's a difference in the height between the gas pedal vs. brake & clutch...

well, you have to ask the right question, if you heel toe'ing your clutch is all the way down(the brake and gas will never go that low), when during moderate braking the brake pedal will be slightly lower than gas pedal.

not sure that's the answer/info you ask

i think most people have problem with they blip gas pedal because when they pressing the brake and swing, unless you wear a size 6 your heel will hit the carpet(aka not able to swing fully and reach like most "normal" size car)

if you can heel toe a mustang, you got it down good. Because the stang got the weirdest pedal height for HT.

size 12 and i HT just fine(well, step on the brake with the mid part of the foot, instead of upper/toe)

the s2ki marketplace has a new pedal set that brings the brake and gas closer together.

My technique changes depending on the type of shoes I'm wearing.

If I'm wearing puma driving shoes or going barefoot, I blip with my heel. There's no way I can reach the gas with the side of my foot.

When I'm driving with bigger shoes, like running shoes or boots, I have to blip with the side of my foot. My heel won't work cuz it catches on the carpet.

I wear a 9.5 shoe.

You are correct, although these are other good points of information/knowledge, let me try explaining/asking this in a different way.

My gas pedal sits 2 inches lower then my brake. The brake sits 1 inch lower then the clutch. During braking (or any other time) the brake pedal is not flush the gas.

What is the height difference between the two pedals for you? Without applying any pressure to the pedals...

Thanks!

Here are the specs from the Helm manual. I don't know if the the accelerator pedal height is adjustable.

Clutch Pedal Stroke: 115-125 mm (4.53-4.92 in.)
Clutch Pedal Height: 189 mm (7.44 in.)

Brake Pedal Height: 179 mm (7 1/6 in.)
