Default Gauge cluster question

I know theres an option on the cluster of the S2000 where you can change between kmph and mph but does that only change the speed you are actually going or both that and the actual km/miles of the car as well? Thanks!

??? Do you mean does it change the speed that you're going so that your car speeds up or something?

The only thing is does is read in Kilometers rather than Miles. It also affects your "mileage" readout and show Km that you've driven instead. It's as easy to change with a press of a button.

I was thinking it would only read out your speed in Kilometers but the actual "milage" of the vehical would stay in miles, but as you stated above both would change to Kilometers not only the speed. Thanks!

The posters above are correct:

When you press the button on your dash to switch the readout between Miles/Kilometers, everything that would be affected changes - your speed is reflected in kilometers/hour and your total mileage (odometer) reflects distance traveled in kilometers. Pressing that button will simply switch back and forth between the two. You will never have one set of data in "miles" and one set in "kilometers".
