Gauges
Also something to consider is a guage that has the ability to hold it's highest mark, I'm not sure what it's called, but it keeps you from having to look at your guages during some hard driving. For instance if you want to see your highest boost, you can pay attention to the road and then look at the guages when your done.
you have a coolant temp gauge functioning...why would you get another one?
A boost gauge is practically useless on a S/C...the odds of boost creep are slim to none
BTW, it helps to have the gauges facing you.

I'd add an Oil pressure gauge 1st. If you track the car, I would get an Oil temp gauge as well. I'd consider using the SPA technique gauges with dual display readouts on a single gauge.
I wouldn't call a Boost gauge on a centrifugal SC an absolute neccesity, but it is nice to have. (As Kane says, Boost spikes don't happen with a SC, unlike a turbo) Most of the time if the SC's belt splips, you'll hear it squeal.
One of the gauge type wideband 02 is a great gauge to have with any FI application, and far superior to the flashy light A/F gauges that read of the stock narow band 02.

Another vote for the oil pressure gage here. That's the one gage I really miss in the stock S2000.
After that, maybe a fuel level gage that works a little better than the stock one?
