Yes, awfully high... One of them, a Tiburon with HKS GT28 Turbine would run just below 800 C on a extended run. The other, the elan with Garret028 turbine would run close to 900 C on an extended run.
Anyway, I think the exhaust temp gauge is the single most important gauge you need in a forced induction car.

Shame that you can't get an 'A' pillar gauge mount kit. That would look much more integrated.

I just checked, the gauge is in F. So the car runs up to 1,400 F. Exhaust Temp on cylinder #3.

Looks outstanding to me...all your missing is the SR1 on the steering column...
