Hey Gang if we came out with tips that say S2000 on it similar to the Spugen one below, would there be any interest? If the peeps in the GB would rather have these instead please pm me as well.

I'm just curious but are you talking about having S2000 ingraved in the tips? This sounds cool, but sux for those that already have an exhaust.

Duc, I think your exhaust tips are fine. Spugen have made a great name for them self on this board. It's recognized as performance products. And if I bought a Spugen exhaust, why not have it say Spugen on it.

Just like I walked into Hechts. And I bought a Polo shirt, I want it to say Polo and not Hechts. There's enough s2000/ honda logo on our car already. Honda not paying us enough to be sporting all of their logos.

 

Have you considered making that exhaust tip to slide on the oem muffler tailpipe? It would fasten just like the OEM tip with one bolt. I made a set (pics in my photo album) and got a very good response from board members. I haven't produced them because mine were hand fabricated and far to labor intensive. The tips would be something the average owner could do without much effort or change in the OEM exhaust system. Good luck.

 

Hi everyone, I was going to have the S2000 logo engraved on the tip identical to the image you see on the side of the car. However, after getting a headsup from a friend, I might have copyright issues. I better not go this route. What does everyone think?
