For the price Id go with the 4.57's Just a little bit quicker shifting around town but in turn youll add about 4 to 5 lengths between you and a stock s2k.

You haven't even indicated what year of car you have. A better question will get you a better answer.

yep, not necessarily true.

you'll be able to drive in 6th more often, maybe saving gas in the city.

now on the highway, you may lose some MPG. With 4.57 gears, 75MPH is about as fast as I'd go if you want decent mileage.

Since the gearing in AP1 and AP2 are different from each other, each one has their own peculiar aspects and demands upon driving situations. There is no blanket statement that can be made.

Your AP2 actually has gearing in the first 4 gears already similar to an AP1 with 4.3 FD gears. For you to go much different than the 4.10 gears you already have may, have disappointing consequences depending upon what you intend to do with the car. Personally, if had you car, I wouldn't go beyond a 4.44 FD gearing, "maybe" 4.57 if you don't mind having to shift a lot in the first 4 gears around town and don't mind the decreased top end and higher rpm during highway cruising. 4.77s would be obsurd for you.

Removed due to editing problems. My post had misinformation, will fix when IE stops acting up.

Where can we get 4.44s now? Anyone mind answering a few questions via PM? I want to jump on these ASAP.
