Why dident you just have them pay to repaint the hood.... or where ever it is they glued it to.

If you know who did it, have them pay to get the hood repainted. This is ridiculous. Teach those little shits a lesson.

I got all the superglue and coins off. Just wondering if there is any way to take care of three very small marks each about like you would expect from a rock being thrown up on the highway and nicking the finish.... Guess what I am asking is; will touch-up paint followed by a polish and buff of the whole hood do the trick, or am I looking at re-painting the whole hood?

I had tar fall on my hood and sit there for three days. I used about 20 coats of Zymol cleaner-wax from Costco (or wall mart) and it got it off. That is what I would recommend, and it won't thin the clearcoat.
Be gentle, patient, and put on at least 10 coats.
