Default Get this

So as I'm sure all of you know of the problems I have been having with my s. Just had a clutch master stage 4 installed and continue to have problems. It took a month for the clutch to get installed. I took the car to another place to see if they could figure the problem out. They said the clutch is bad. It's brunt and warped in some spots. They also said the diameter of the plate was not right. Their going to install a atc clutch and flywheel (not sure what kind). I guess I'll have to bring the clutch master too the other mechanic and throw a fit.

It just sucks I got the car the end of April and have only put 500 miles on it, if that. I have not had a chance to really enjoy it. To top it off it's already the middle of July and Chicago winters suck!

Sounds like you have been taking it to the wrong place to get fixed.

Sorry to hear of your troubles. You'll figure it out soon

Um, why did you change the clutch to something non-oem?

where are you getting your clutch done? im in the chicago area. and im sure if you post about shops in the UMW some people can refer you to a good place. Mark at one6 in arlington heights does hondas and you could always go up to crystal lake and visit Greg at GT Motoring, although i dont know if hes done clutch jobs though.

I had previously taken it a guy who had worked on my camaro and wrangler. Now it's at one6. I've heard nothing but good things from them and Mark has been a pleasure to work with. He was saying he owns a s2000. That defiantly makes me feel better. He'll throw in a new clutch and flywheel and then as long as that solves the problem I've been having he'll put in the 3mm head gasket so the turbo can finally go in.

mark is horrible as far as doing the job right and backing up his work. Suji is a really good shop and they have no problems showing you what they can do.
