This site was the most helpful. You need a really long screw driver. I think it says 12 inch, which I couldn't fine I bought a 16" at home depot which worked well.
This link dosent work, can you try it again. I would like to adjust mine, my right light is a little higher than my left one.

It is supposed to be that way as not to offend oncoming traffic with the high intensity discharge headlights. It's opposite in Japan!

I don't have the "getting high beamed" problem. Check this out. I just purchased mine used. Someone removed the low beam lights and the tranformers that with them. $800 worth of parts - dealer is paying for it thankfully. Anyway, I've been driving around with high beams on at night for 3 weeks now waiting for the parts to arrive. Nobody flashes me AT ALL.

Your solution....remove the low beam lights!!

True story. Hopefully someone gets a laugh out of it.

I seem to light signs on the road a mile away when the road is bumpy. If someone has lights like ours in our mirrors I hate it, and I don't like I am doing to someone else. Seems like a design that sounded good in some engineers mind..but does not work well in practice.

Rare? Level roads? Move to Florida, that's all you get.

Happens to me all the time. Then I hit my high beams to finish 'em off.
