Girlfriend want to learn to drive
I offered to let my GF learn on mine. She refused, said she would feel back if she hurt my car. It was new then so I didn't push it.
If she isn't bugging you about it I would let her.
After all, I purchased my S2K and had to call somebody to drive it home because *I* didn't know how to drive stick.
I have driven other cars (Viper included) since I have learned and think the S2K's clutch it kind of tough to master. Tough car to learn on. My opinion.

I think it comes down to the intangibles in a relationship, and I would imagine that if she were providing the right intangibles, the right way, with the appropriate amount of frequency that this would be an easy question for you to answer. Trust your gut instinct and get her GTR3.
By the way, my wife can drive my car anytime she wants.

dude, i told my girlfriend that the only way she's driving my car is if she's learns how to drive on a different car first.
so she bought a 95 civic coupe (it's my toy i'm we're working on) and learned on that. yeah, she's beat the crap out of the clutch so i was glad she didn't learn on my car. Then her clutch was all messed up after the first 2 weeks, that 3 weeks later we just bought her a type r motor. she's loves it now and is a great driver. my other friend(girl) who was on my race team, was the one that wanted to teach her how to race it, so now they're working on that together.
point being, she doesn't even ask me to drive my S anymore. she always tells me that she's gonna smoke me (it's so cute) and that my car is slow (haha) now, i'm the one asking to drive her car when i don't want to put miles on my car.
to tell you the truth her car might really beat me (with a good driver)
i better get my sh!* together and do my mods before she does beat me
anyway, just make sure she learns first.

Guy, I've got mixed emotions about letting girls drive your ride. On the one hand, you've worked hard to earn yourself a sweet ride. What the hell did she do for you? I know mine second guessed my decision, hence no drivey for you!
On the other hand, it's just a car. If you're in a serious relationship like me, I'd probably let her drive it (which I did of course, and the car is fine). Just take the necessary precautions, make sure there are no cars, medians, or light posts around and keep your hand on the E-brake. A good move might even be to offer to lend her the car if she wants to go somewhere, WHEN YOU KNOW SHE'LL DECLINE. Like when she needs to go grocery shopping, or if she's planning to go somewhere with 2 or more of her friends.

Now I'm kinda curious about the many posts saying that the S2K's clutch is difficult to deal with. As someone who has driven manual Hondas all his (driving) life, I find the S2k's clutch to be rather, well, Honda-like. Anyone disagree?
