ditto..... quite interested. and is it possible to have a spring mount like the radio door? someone mentioned a similar idea earlier.

Oh yeah, i was a little late to this thread, and i was a little puzzled by the comment about this idea being too rice.

1. what is the definition of rice? I think the general consesus is that something is rice if it makes something looks a. ugly b. no value to the car c. make people think you have something when you don't.

so, how is this thing that Rick is doing Rice? Rick is making something of value, that we all need since the car is lacking some serious hiding spaces, and it's not like he is painting the area neon, or boxing it out with racing stripes... hmmmm......

on that note, Rick, how about adding some neon tubes and those glow sticks so we can see where the glove box is going to be....

 

I agree. Great idea. If it was made of high enough quality to OEM and not riced, yet was priced resonable I would purchase it!

Cyber Logic seems to have come up with a very good solution. I hadn't taken my idea that far, so I think we should all wait to see if his gets into production and give it our fullest support.
