Guys,
Be careful when backing into a spot too because you can crush the chrome tips on the exhaust. Someone ended up replacing theirs at the last New England meet on the Cape. Pinky, I too have the service manual and I will bring it with me tomorrow should the group decide to get together in CT (I will watch the Meets and Events to see if this pans out). I am up for a drive during the day, but will not be available for drinks that evening....and, oh yeah, Happy Birthday!

Take it to a paintless dent removal place and see if they can rebond the bumper. It will require a bit of spot repainting, but IMO, that's a much cleaner fix than epoxy. It's worth trying out!

Here's a tip - the rear end has a bit more clearance - from now on, back into the spot.

Why don't you drop a note to the owner of the property and complain about the naked steel rods sticking up, hard to see hazard that they are, and ask him to split the cost of a new chin spoiler with you?

I put my chin past one of those concrete bumpers and when I went to back up I could feel that I was hung up on it. Borrowed the meat department from the Original Irvine Ranch Market and they lifted my car as I pulled it back. Cleared.

Birthday is on the 28th but thanks for the thought!

Just got back from the body shop. They were not very helpful. they wanted to pull the bumper do a "plastic weld" sand it and spray it. 300 ish! I will go buy the factory front spoiler before that.

Anybody got a nice tasteful S2000 or Honda related sticker that I could put on there to cover it up?! I will probably pull the bumper(or unbolt the whole bottom) line it all up right(or as close as possible) and then epoxy or put some strong tape on it.

This really sux!
