I didn't realise that I had to contact them via there website. Thanks for replying so quickly Ludedude! This was my bad not theres.

They have always responded immediately with me, day or night. You can PM Ludedude, and/or work through their customer service email. Either has worked well.

The ATE brake fluid has been on back order. so I had to go out and get some locally, but there was no problem finding their schedule, or cancelling my order.

Exactly how many emails did you send that I didn't respond to? Where were they sent from? Maybe our spam filters are unhappy with your domain or ISP?

I don't know. Anyway, shoot me a support request and include your order # and I"ll get it taken care of.

Funny I just sent you an e-mail 2 seconds ago from my hotmail account and I had to have sent at least 4 or 5 to orders@gofastlab.com Maybe that's why. I've been replying to your e-mail instead of using the web site.

If this is the issue (replying to that e-mail address) you might want to let people know in the e-mail itself that they shouldn't reply to the e-mail.

Replying to the order email should work. It works most of the time and I respond to a lot of those emails daily but since you've now revealed that you were trying from a Hotmail account, I don't feel so bad.

We have recurring problems with Hotmail, Yahoo and a lot of the other free email providers with the exception of gmail (so far anyway). From time to time they like to block emails to and from places they put in their spam lists...without justification in our case.

Anyway, I replied to the form you filled out. We'll take care of the issue for you with the Ate fluid within the next 48 hours.

got your e-mail and replied to it. Support@gofastlab.com and then I replied to the order@gofastlab.com. Either way I'm sure your on it. Sorry about doubting you please understand that it was only because I hadn't heard from you after several e-mails and quite a bit of time like three weeks. Now that I know what the problem is all is forgiven =). Thanks so much for responding so quickly.

No worries, I know it gets frustrating when you fire emails off and get no answer....that's why we do our best to get on these things fast and furious. When I saw your message I damn near had a coronary since that's not the way I run the business

I'll send you a status update tomorrow once I've had a chance to talk to our suppliers. I know we have some on the West Coast if our regular guys don't come through.
