Going from an 02 to a 04 within a year
Hi all, this is my first post...but I've been lurking around for maybe a year and a half. I first got my Sebring Silver in Feb 03, since I got a good deal on an 02 for around 29K. Around half a year later I kept on getting check-engine lights and every time I would take it to Miller Honda and they would see what's up. After the 5th time I was pretty fumed so I contacted a Lemon Law Attorney and they said I got a good case. After 6 months it's finally to a close and I'll be receiving an 04 Sebring/ with Black & red interior. I'm basically trading the car for a brand spankin new one. I only have 8000 miles on that 02 meaning I don't really drive it all that much since I got another car to drive from home to school.
I'm going to be missing the 9K redline
and the tighty snap suspension but I can't really argue about getting a new car
. I'll drive this car like I used to but I won't be able to forget the fun I had at 9K. Obviously I haven't taken it up there frequently but what I do know is that every time I went up there I was in an undescribable state of joy...the sudden boost from the VTEC crossover is just a thrill and the many times I snapped the rear out, I'm gonna miss it for real
.
I had a chance to get a STi or Evo but an S2k is always coming up to be the number choice so even though it's tamer, it's still an S2K and I'll love it just for that.
So if you see a 04 Sebring in Santa Monica, LA, and Beverly Hills its probably me and of course I'll wave back.
