yeah, reaction time has nothing to do with your ET or anything else. all it means is how long it took you to move the first 2 feet compared to when the reaction light started going.

your ET doesn't even start until you go that first 2 feet.

Just to make sure in the launch, its better to spin a bit of tire so that the differentials dont get too much stress. If I never bog, is their any chance of blowing the diff?

I'd do 23-25 psi in the rear, and 42 psi in the front.

But not too much, otherwise, you'll stay there all day,and THAT will affect your E.T.
By reactions,I mean, the way you react, with your right foot, controlling the power delivery.(and your left foot also, dumping the clutch,if you take forever to drop it,THAT will also affect your ET,and 60 feet time.)
And it all depends,on the conditions of the moment;Iand,by conditions,I don't mean your "condition"ie; if you got drunk or stoned, the day before.
I mean,conditions of the asphalt(some coumpounds are stickier than others)temp.of the track,temp. of the air,%of humidity,Atmospheric pressure (elevation?)etc...
This is not set in stone,it may vary, and there is no secret formula...some techniques may work weell one day at a certain track, and not work the next at a different track.
Good baseline,is start dumping the clutch between 6K.and 6.5K,(and I mean DUMP,not release it slowly, you'll fry it)and REACT to the conditions, with your right foot,to get the best traction possible;too much gas,and you'll spin your wheels in a nice burn out,but you'll stay right where you are;not enough gas,and you'll bog down the line...and both conditions will affect your 60 feet time AND your ET.
Try reducing your rear tire press.around 22-24 psi.and pump up your front to around 42 - 44psi.
with the right REACTIONS,given certain track conditions, you should easily acheive 13.2 with gears;(intake will have very little effect,if any,on your time.)My stock "S" was running easy 13.7's last summer,at Sanair and Napierville tracks, and gears, should reduce your ET.by a good 0.5 secs.,so 13.2 is realistic.
