Going to sell my S2000
I appreciate the feedback. If it is only worth 15K. I'll keep it and pay to ship it to AZ. Really don't want to sell it, but planning the move and everything being so busy: I haven't had anytime to drive it. That sucks big time! I always planned on keeping it for long time. It's still like a new car.

Markets are different in different areas. You would never find a car that nice with that low mileage for less than 17k in seattle.
I would expect to see that listed around 18.5k here.

Btw, I think $15k would be the absolute lowest you would get for the car. If you could sell it for $17k, would you?
Black Book retail values, adjusted for mileage and location:
Rough: $12,500
Average: $15,500
Clean: $16,925
Extra clean: $18,025
Black book trade-in values:
Rough: $9,665
Average: $13,140
Clean: $14,220
Wholesale (auction) values are almost the same as trade-in
Hope this helps.

Keep it. The longer you keep the less you really lose in the long run.
Or sell it up there on the east coast...... A buddy of mine is looking for an ap2 and had a low ball price in mind but, the mint 05 models that are priced at 24k are selling in a week or less around here. He had to rethink his budget. Areas are different. You should get a lot more before you move to arizona. The convertible season/motorcycle season really spikes the price in areas that have seasons. The people in fl and cali dont have the same spikes.

I would probably do 18-19k and just be negotiable with the price. I would feel 16k is a little low, but if you want a quick sale, that's the way to go. Regardless of what kbb or whatever shows, I would go with that price. It's an enthusiast car, so they should know it is worth that price.
edit-I wouldnt take less than 16925 if it's only clean or 18k if it's extraordinary.
