Looking at purchasing a MY03, 14k miles. Suzuka blue for around $26k. Seems to be in excellent shape.

Looks like (according to edmunds) $27k private party price. $25k trade-in value. $29k average dealer retail.

Run a carfax on it, check maintenance done. 14k is a bit high for an 03 (although I have 13k and climing fast on mine) so I'd try and talk them down a bit.

 

The used car market is still in the dumps...I'm sure that you can negotiate a better deal.
