Is this a good deal??
2001 Silverstone
27k miles
Woman driven
out of warranty (as of March I think)
clutch buzz (the known recall) -- is this covered even after warranty? Since it was a recall (tsb)?
They are asking $23,750 -- which I know is absurd. Private party seller might I add.
Being that the clutch buzz is still there, $20500 -- is this a good deal?

Young_R is correct,23k is way too high, there are many sellers out there, if this one wont go for your price(its not out of proportion with the cars miles/year) there are other places to get your s2k,
good luck
Driv300mph: I just bought my 2001 S from an independent dealer in OKC, OK for $20,250. I'm the 2nd owner and it looks like the first guy didn't drive it hard at all. Its silver, had 19k miles, and looks absolutely perfect. So far the car runs and handles great - so I'd definitely hold out for a cheaper rig if they don't take ~$20k.

Dang, you know I almost bought that exact car!!! I just didn't have my RX-7 sold by then, or else I would have. Looks like you got a good deal.

2001 Silverstone, 8k miles, $21500
