Actually I can trade a car in with a $18200 (highest possible) KBB trade in value plus $7500 cash.
This would save me a lot in sales tax - considering our rate is a ridiculas 8.25%

Sounds like a good deal to me. It will have the FULL manufacturers warranty at point of sale. You should have no worries. The trade in will help a ton on taxes too. I would say go for it.

Looks like a good price. Local Honda dealer here has one 07 in silver and they have it marked down to $29,500.
