Does anyone know if your going to have any problems with customs at the airport if u bring some stuff from Japan?

Depends on how large the items are. I brought back home a mini stereo system and various other toys from Japan and didn't get any grief from the customs officials.

should not be a problem. just tell them it's for your own use. also get a blank receipt from the shop to fill in your number in case the things are taxed by the customs.

I have done this a couple of times, and as long as it is below a certain value (ie. like 5 or 10k, I am not for sure) then you are ok. If you go over that set value, then you have to claim it.

Do u guys think I will have any problems at the Japanese airport? With the terrorist scarce and bringing in metal and carbon fibre pieces. Can they take it away?

As long as it's in your checked luggage, you shouldn't have any problems. But you can call the specific airline for confirmation.

People bring all kinds of crazy stuff on airplanes, car parts are far from the weirdest.
