I feel the same way about religion as those anal-retentive folks feel about pg-13 porn. It creates a hostile environment for me and I don't want to see religious rants on this professional board.

So, where is the line drawn? I'm sure there are other things that other people find to create a hostile environment towards them. Would it take you being a Pagan to get rid of monothiestic religious talk here?

I'm with you. I don't need a bunch of religous talk either. Personally, none of this stuff offends me. I can just SEE why it would offend some. I think the problem is that Cthree and Krazik have tried to have "soft" rules such that if things didn't get out of hand they wouldn't rule with an iron fist. The hotties stuff and sexist threads have gotten quite out of hand lately and driven some people off the board. I think that is why they've suddenly come down on that stuff. Religion hasn't (lately) been too much of a problem but I could see that happening too. I wish people would just practice moderation and respect for other people's views. Then it might not have to come to black/white lines saying what can and can't be discussed.
