Default Got hit today

Well you never think it will happen to you but here I am. Traffic was backed up to the turn-out from the stoplight about 1/8 a mile up (down from the diagram). Guy in the traffic stopped to let me turn left out since the traffic the other way was clear. The lady that hit me pulled out of the traffic line to get into the turn lane early (before it's actually a lane). Due to the traffic I don't see her and she doesn't see me, BAM. According to the officer it sounds like it's going to be ruled her fault.
Diagram time:

From what I can tell the damage is:

- front bumper
- front lip
- headlight
- fender
- hood
- wheel
- front driver's side suspension
- driver's side door
- possibly the driver's side mirror

i say, as long as the frame is not bent, it might be good still. Just going to cost a lot to replace, especially the hood. But thats from what we see, there maybe more damage.

Doesn't look too bad. Maybe, maybe not totaled due to cost of repairs.

Sorry to hear that bro. I can't really say if it's a total since every state has it's on laws regarding salvage vehicles, but usually frame damage can rack up the price. I would recommend sending that diagram to your Claim Rep to help speed up the process of determining liability.

That will help but even with your photos we're still just guessing. A pro needs to take a look at it.
