Plead temporary insanity. I have the same problem on a 1-2 redline shift. Also, once the rear tires are lit up, it is very hard to get it to hook up unless you lift a little AND countersteer.

 

 

I had the exact same accident a few months ago, with the exact same damage. The worst part about it is that it took Honda over 3 weeks for me to get my S2K back. Now I'm so freaked out taking turns, I won't take a turn above 10 MPH, and that's where our S2K's excel at. It's a shame.
