Default Got My New S2000...Thanks For Your Help!

First, I want to thank all of you guys for supplying the pertinent information that made it possible for me to get this car. This is a terrific site with a wealth of knowledge. I've been trying to make a deal for almost a year, trading in my 2003 Acura CL, Type S (CompTech enhanced) for an S2000. Well, the time finally was right and I took possession of my little beauty yesterday, 6/18/03. It's a 2003, Grandprix White with Tan interior. I'm trying to break it in properly buy keeping it under 5500 RPM's for 600 miles. Quite difficult, but possible. I've had many muscle cars in the past as I'm an old fart of 56. I can understand how this car grows on you, even though I've had it for only a day. In the past year, I belonged to the Acura-CL.com club and have almost 1,800 posts, so I hope to be an active participant here as well. I look forward to seeing you guys at meets as well. Regards to all, HI SPEEDR

Check the oil often, enjoy!

Congrats. Once it's broken in right bring it out to an auto-cross and learn the limits. You have some great venues in your area for track days too (Moroso for one).

56 year old to 56 year old, welcome aboard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Grand Prix White is striking. The tan is a great interior for it, so much nicer, in my opinion, than the full on red.
