Seriously though... The seat needs to be replaced and from what I gather the car looks like it needs a lot of work.

tell them you have anxiety attacks and you've been depressed ever since the accident and you feel pain and you're suffering.


progressive, you have to be aggressive. I heard they tend to drag things on and on and on until you call a lawyer.

It's not Progressive; they're my provider. It's Farm Bureau or some such nonsense.

If you're not driving a rental car while your S2000 is down perhaps you should be. They might respond more quickly if they know they're going to pay more for waiting longer, and they're pretty much stick with the rental car bill.
