Default Got pulled out in front of... is my S2000 totaled?

Woman pulled across two lanes of traffic and left me now place to go except right into her; I do not want the car back after this much damage but I am concerned that they're not going to total it.

2000 / 100k

Based on those shots can anyone give me any useful information?

eek, looks pretty bad. There may or may not be frame damage. If there isn't, the car can easily be fixed and feel exactly like how it was before the accident.

Stupid women in their big ass suvs

It's impossible to be sure, but from the pictures it looks like the front crumple zones simply got crushed. If they don't total the car make sure it is repared at a good shop with a CNC frame alignment machine. If the car is repared properly, and by people who care, you'll end up with a chassis that is actually straighter than most new cars.

Back is fine; worrying over the status of the car.

engine still good since it sits so far back.. but from what others said.. mileage, year, airbags, whole front sub frame, whole front suspension, hood, bumper, fender, headlights, and bunch of little stuff.. take it to a very very expensive repair place and should have it totaled

Anyone else notice that in the first picture with the SUV there is no LHS quarter panel damage by the door. In the second picture the quarter panel is dented.

Assuming all parts replacement and no frame/major component damage. You're probably looking at about $4-5k worth of parts (my estimate). Keep in mind that this would mean brand new parts with paint and not including labor. Even if the forward part of the frame is a little damaged, it could still be worked out by someone who knows what's going on and you'd never know the difference.

IMHO I don't think you want them to total it because of the year and mileage on yours. You may get something comparable in price but most likely it will have a repair much like yours already done to it and no telling what shape it's in otherwise. Mileage will probably be lower and in worse shape.
