Grease for Clutch Fork
I bled and replaced my clutch fluid about 18 months ago. At that time, I used some high temp grease to lube my clutch fork and target cup. Now I've got the metal to metal sound and feel back whenever I use the clutch pedal. Anyone have some advice on the best lube for these parts. Anyone try anti-seize?

Honda makes a hi-temp UERA grease just for this. Your dealer stock it and it is fairly cheap. I am not sure on the spelling.
Like the stuff in your pee

edit: heres the part number 08798-9002
How did you get inside the bell housing to put grease on the clutch fork? And are you greasing the drive shaft that the throwout bearing rides on? I thought the it was not accessable without removing the whole tranny ETC. BTW I did lube up the rod and cup with redilne grease, and it helped some.
Just Greased my Clutch fork and did the clutch bleed.I would recomend having three people one to pump, one to bleed the slave cylinder and another to fill as needed underhood. My car drives better than new no more noise in 1st from a stop, smooth shifts and engagement of my clutch def worth doing this!
