Default Pulling the transmission

I just had my clutch replaced 1000 km ago, all stock ordered from a Honda dealer. It worked brilliantly for 400 km and suddenly started to not fully dissengage when pressing the clutch at a standstill, have problems with first gear and reverse. So now I have decided to pull the trans again which I am not looking forward to.... I'll be brushing rust and old grease of the spline on the transmission and regreasing it with copper paste and I will regrease the shaft where the release bearing slides (I did not do this when swapping the clutch). Is there anything more I should check? I really don't want to do this twice unless the clutch I recieved is the wrong one. There is also missing one or two bolts on the transmission case which I will be replacing.

On a side note, the clutch master and slave has been changed and the fluid has been changed with no improvement. there is also a lot of clutch buzz sounds exactly as before I changed it...

I would rally appreciate any input or help on this as all fun is gone when driving the car like this.

I recently did mine for the first time. It was a bitch doing it on my garage floor. If u have access to a lift I'd start there. I only used the Lucas red grease to lube my splines and what not.

My friend had an issue with the clutch not dissengaging and it turned out to be one of the hydrolic lines being gunked up. Did you check all of them when replacing the master?

Edit: also watch out for the knock sensor when removing the starter bolt I an many others have broken the sensor very easily.

Yes I will be using a lift this time, did it on jackstands last time and it wasn't fun. I did not check the lines but I will check/replace them if this doesn't work.
