The Great Dilema
does your gf have a car, if not, does she drive and if so, can she drive stick. Your gonna be married, you better make sure you get something not just for you but something that she will want to drive also.
Ok please no bashing of my soon to be fiancee. I want advice about whether or not to part it out and the cars that I listed that I am looking into getting.
I agree with her about it not being practical and needing the extra room. And it wasn't telling me that I had to but that it would be hard for us to afford an other car when we graduate college, and have student loans, and a mortgage on a house.
I figure if I sell it soon that I can get a sporty sedan that I can modify in the future. If I wait to sell it I might not be able to get the car that I want because money needs to used else where.
I don't want to be in debt. I hate the fact that I have student loans right now but I don't want to be in debt anymore than I have to.
And it won't get worse I already told her that I was going to buy the car that I want which she said was fine and that I wanted to get a car that I could modify which she also agreed with.

The problem with getting a cheap 4 door Accord is finding one it good used condition and also coming up with the money for it. I don't have the money to do so. Also it is about being financially secure when we both graduate from college.
I graduate in a year and I don't want to live at home for 3-5 more years to afford a house and get married because I want to keep my S. I love my car don't get me wrong. But having financial stability means a lot more to me.
I would still have to pay insurance on the car for 4-6 months when I don't drive it. That is an extra $1,000 a year for something that I can not use.

I am teaching her to drive a stick this summer. She has her own car that is a 4 door but that doesn't change the problem of me having a car that I would only drive sometimes when it is nice and a daily that is getting less and less reliable as I drive it each day.
