Greatest S2000 peeve.
I don't like the floor mats, the doors ding too easily (Japanese steel), the
S02's are terrible in the rain, the rear window is a bitch to clean. Getting
my windshield sand blasted by trucks carrying sand on the freeway (glass
seems to chip easily). clutch is weak, low torque, EXPENSIVE front headlight
assy. Overall I LOVE my stook, but these are the things I found lacking.

I hate how it grabs peoples' attention
but seriously, i hate how it grabs the attention of those malicious people who don't care if they ding, dent, scratch or bump the car (and obviously not report it) by 'accident'
(I'm a moron. I accidentally posted this in the wrong thread.)

I'd have to say unequivocably, cleaning the inside of the rear plastic window. I don't dislike the look of the window (I think it's more traditional roadster myself), I just hate cleaning the SOB. Scratch-wise mine is still in good shape.
I started this thread in October and here we are in February in a new year and I still love my S2000. No problems or complaints yet. Only 4300 miles on it and it's still a looker. It seems to be the only thing that brings a real
to my face whenever I drive it.
