I'm running Grill Tech grills with my ram air scoop behind it. Did a few pressure tests with the new grill installed. The pressure was reduced by about 15% in the airbox. I don't feel that's enough to worry about unless you are already running into heat related issues. I did open up the Faux ducts and grilled them also to feed air into engine compartment for additional cooling just to be safe. The summers here in Texas get a bit warm

This is ZOOM ZOOM's black S2000. . .he bought the grill when we were in Knoxville for Dragonball Run! I bought the black grill but later exchanged it when I saw how sweeeeeeeeeet his S2000 looked with the stainless steel grill! I have mine on, just no pics right now! Soon. . . Let me tell you. . .it's sweeeeeeeeeeet!

I doubt that this is true. . .maybe other grills, but this one is very light and made of stainless steel. . .no engine blow ups are going to come about from this. . .
I wonder how much of an effect this would have on a front-mount intercooler. I think that with the increase in thermal loading with running higher engine outputs and the increased heat of running an intercooler, the mesh grill might be a bad idea. Any thoughts, guys?
