That's unusual. It could be simply a matter of an account balance past due, but as for my grille bought from them, no complaints at all.

Actually I just got off of the phone with a lady at Grille-Tech to check on my auction order and she advised that she does not know what has happened and she is trying to get it straightened out ASAP. She did pull my order and told me that they will ship my order tomorrow by US Priority.

This is not uncommon on EBAY. . . I suspect a competitor is causing problems for them because they sell at wholesale prices ($39+$12 Shipping) on EBAY. . . This has happened to me before. . .

A couple of years ago, I sold a quality commodity product on EBAY and undersold the competitors much like Grill-Tech is doing right now . . . One of my competitors actually hacked into 3 of my winning bidder's account somehow and used their user IDs to leave me negative feedbacks saying they never received the order and etc. . . I got the competitor (another EBAY merchant) suspended and had my negative feedbacks removed shortly after EBAY'S Investigators looked into it. It was resolved in less than 1 week.

Grille-Tech does not have any real negative feedbacks and as far as I can tell they are a legit manufacturer with a quality product for the $$$. The normal price of their S2000 center grill on their website is $69.00 but you can get them on EBAY for $39.00.

I think Grill-Tech will be back in business on EBAY within a week.

Check out the front and side grills offered by Coastal Metals. They are a sponsor.

When i called the number for contact on the grille tech website, the owner, chris, always answers the phone. I don't even have to bid for the ebay price, i just talk to him reasonable, he even sold the side grills for 30 bucks shipped to me.
