Ground Control Coilovers Help
i'm looking for some advice about these if anyone is willing to give it. i've tried the search function and didn't pick up a whoe lot of information. my intentions with the purchase of this are to improve handling for a track newbie and lower the car slightly (less than an inch). any help or words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

If you're going for just a minimal drop "less than one inch" and looking for slightly increased track performance than I'd go for the KG/MM springs. No need for adjustability if you already know your "preferred ride height" They will improve handling and they're less expensive than the adjustable Ground Control

the only reason i'm so intrested in the ground controls is because i can get a great deal on them. i can get them cheaper than i can get springs which are also a very good price. i wasn't really looking to get a new suspension quite yet because i want to learn how to drive the car a bit better before throwing in over a grand into suspension for track use which i havent fully gotten into. i think in purchasing the ground controls i will get the desired drop and have a small increase in performance for track use, with those in mind plus the great price they are unbeatable. thats pretty much my mind set after the research i've done. i posted this hoping someone would chime in with some more knowledge and maybe prove me wrong before i buy them.
About the kg/mm springs, I've been using the DR21 Race ever since I started tracking the car. I do regret this, as I am not sure whether handling has improved or not. IMO, you should stay with the stock setup until you're fast enough that an aftermarket setup will improve your laptimes.
