Default ground controls

hey i have an ap1 with 60k and i was wondering will ti be bad if i put ground control adjustable springs on my stock shocks? i've gotten couple of different answers so i'm asking the fellow s2k drivers. i don't have enough money to be buyinh the whole damper set so i'm just trying to get around to buying some ground controls to lower my car. and if it's ok to do it where can i get ground controls for cheap?

lowering on stock shocks = not if they will blow, but when. You may be ok for a long time, or as mentioned above, you could bottom out or blow them in a week

My old 00' S2K had stock OEM shocks with KG/MM Race springs, wow did it handle good but it was a nightmare for DD.
