both my parents have bmws, and their customer service is great. the only bad part is the waiting, 'cause there are so many other people that want/need to get their cars serviced or fixed. the end result is always awesome (my dad's been hit twice before, and another time just about two weeks ago). good luck.

I hope this is an April Fools joke!! But if not, I hope it gets repaired to your satisfaction this time around.

This has been my experience, too. Sometimes 3 to 4 week wait to schedule your regular maintenance, but I've had nothing less than outstanding serive from our dealership.

If this is not an April Fool's joke - you go through your insurance, not BMW. In Nevada there is no uninsured property damage coverage so you pay as a not-at-fault collision claim. Meaning "HELLO DEDUCTIBLE."

Good luck

Good luck with the car. Keep us updated on your experiences with BMW. Man, you gotta get rid of the bad karma.

Excuse me......

I thought this was the S2000 Forum. Why do you think I give a crap about a dented fender on a z3?

Take this whining elsewhere!

I decided to take it to a body shop where I know they work on Ferraris and the like. I told the manager flat out I was going to check everything with a gap meter. He looked a little suprised but i think I got my point across.

Check out the pics

Well, from the pictures, it looks like only that one panel was damaged. Guess that's the only good thing to come of the accident.
