Default Guitar in trunk?

Hello all,

Does anyone tote their guitar around in the S2K? Will it fit, with either a soft or hard shell case, in the trunk or in the passenger seat with the top up?

Thanks for any info...

Yes, but I am sure it depends on the guitar. The hard shell case is not much larger.

yes it will fit.... tight fit but it will fit.... and also depends on if it's an electric or an acustic... the electric fits in rather easy...but the acustic you gotta do some work.. slide in the body first. then the neck and head... .. never tried it with a hard case... but a soft case will fit fine...

just don't look for your guitar to be in tune after a day of hard driving with tight corners!

stratocaster
Don't ever drive with your baby like that or it will look like a relic when you get to your destination!!! I used to have a CS tele in the same red and my S is NFR, guess I gotta think for red.

muthangya,
My son and I both play and two guitars fit easily in the trunk as long as you don't use the big hard cases. The smaller fitted cases, which we bought on ebay, make two fit in the trunk just nicely thank you, and no dings when you get there either.

two of the best sound in life.
my strat through my Blue Deville.
my 03 S at 9000rpm's in 2nd gear.

I think Stratocaster may have just placed his 'axe'() in the trunk like that to demonstrate a point.
