i would recommend you escalate things and move it to the next level... if you need any help or information, i have been to the guys house and have met the whole crew... which is basically bryan proctor, and a bunch of pimply kids that do his bidding.

 

Has no one gotten the authorities involved? He is a scam artist. There are laws that are supposed to take care of these people.

 

By the way, why do they always post videos of a car starting but never moving from where it sits? (in reference to the above SRT-4/Civic "project")

 

Part of the problem may be that he's a business running out of his house. Someone needs to look into whether a company is actually registered, and if so, what type of organization it is. If anyone is so inclined, they can file a law suit against the company and himself personally. Also report him to the BBB and provide them with enough evidence to remove his ability to register and operate a company. This isn't an overall solution because sneaky people have ways of finding themselves back in business scamming more and more people.

 

Just a update on my deal with Fifty/fifty racing. I now have tracking numbers for the wheels I bought from them on E-bay. Brian assures me that they are in great shape and I will be happy with them. I hope so... They will be here friday and I will hopefully be able to remove my negitive post about FF racing then.
