Part of the problem may be that he's a business running out of his house. Someone needs to look into whether a company is actually registered, and if so, what type of organization it is. If anyone is so inclined, they can file a law suit against the company and himself personally. Also report him to the BBB and provide them with enough evidence to remove his ability to register and operate a company. This isn't an overall solution because sneaky people have ways of finding themselves back in business scamming more and more people.

I recieved the wheels and tires from Brian and they are as he said they would be. Other than the slow shipping and some miscomunication between us, I'm satisfied with my purchase fron Fifty Fifty Racing
