Default H and A

I recently ordered an AP2 lip from HandA and realized that I was missing a flange nut for the assembly of the lip. After contacting them, they overnight a flange nut for me at no charge. Can you believe that? I think overnighting a package costs atleast 15 bucks these days. Now thats the kind of service I'm talking about .

That is in fact some great service... course better service would have been to check it before it was sent
Last time I needed something not included in my box it took like 8 days to get it.... not from H and A of course... they rule

I have purchased every available "dealer installed" accessory for the S (except side strakes) from H and A. They have the best prices and the best service.

Actall, Honda as a corporation has a deal with FedEx that gives them a really cheap rate. I mean like a few dollars for package.

They have messed up on 2 of the 2 times i've bought from them. But they have fixed their mistakes ASAP. I go back for the prices, and knowing that they will do whatever to make you want to come back.
