H and A Accessoires--opinions?
I'd like to spend some money with these guys but they never answer their phone. (Yes, I've left messages.) I'm not going to spend money with a vendor I've never dealt with unless I can ask a few questions on the phone, or get an idea of what they're like to work with. Does anyone have any positive/negative experiences with them?

I've never had to call them, but have had great success ordering parts online. Orders were correct, billing was correct, order was shipped promptly and the boxes were even packed well.
If you do a search you'll find a handful of threads where someone griped about their service, but there will be about 20 replies echoing what I stated. The phone thing usually comes up though, I'm not sure what else Trevor has going on but answering the phone doesn't seem to be a top priority.

i've ordered my front spoiler... paid extra for that fast 3 day shipping or whatever and got it 6 days later b/c of an error on their behalf... they credited me, and i was happy, but pissed i had to wait longer!
though it's only 3 days more, i'm like a kid, i NEED my toys ASAP!

Trevor has come through for me countless times when I needed brake pads.
They don't, however, always answer their phone, which be nice if they did. But you should have no issues with ordering from them.
Good stuff and good prices...
