yeah, handa is awesome. No matter what it is you order, you'll get it in a timely fashion. If, I repeat, IF, there is a problem, they will very quickly fix it. Sometimes free of charge, or like someone said, they will credit you. I highly recommend shopping with them.

i ordered a factory security system, backseat pocket and wheel locks from h and a and received all the items quickly at a wonderful price. however, i noticed the disarm switch part was missing from the alarm i ordered and i called their toll free number several times only to have their machine answer. i decided to e-mail them instead and received a rapid respond. the fellas apologized and even shipped the switch out priority mail. i received the part in two days (they're located in cal, i live in pa). can't complain about h and a, they're great.

I've had great experience with them.
Met Trevor in person and is a great guy!
It's basically a two man operation out of Carmichael Honda parts dept. So phone calls and emails are probably not up to par.

hondautomotiveparts.com is cheaper for parts. i have bought a couple grand worth of parts from those guys, and while i can't complain about the prices, the service is questionable. if one part out of 20 is backordered, they just sit on the whole order, no email, no phone call, etc.
I speak on the phone with them for every order I place, just to let them know that I am serious about getting my parts. They will call me back if there are any delays.

Remember they are a honda dealership, they need some hand-holding

I can beat any of their prices on OEM parts, as well as several other people pn the board. Their prices really aren't all that low unless you are comparing to list price.

Me too - I have ordered several times from these folks (always online however) and have been quite pleased each time

Very pleased. Cheaper than the dealership.
