If they get it right the first time you'll be OK. But, if you need customer service for something like returns or exchanges, you're SOL!

I was not sure if my first attempt on ordering over their web site went through. I tried to call to confirm if they received the order with no success. Left several messages with no reply. After about a month I placed an order on the web site and received the items 4 days later. In my opinion, they need to work on replying to their customers via phone a little bit better.

Never had a problem with H&A, but never called them either, just e-mail. If you're looking for parts, try these guys - http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/ I've ordered from them several times and never had a problem, and their prices are usually better.

Unless you find another S2000 owner to take the item off your hands!

I've used HandA several times and my largest order was when I ordered the front and rear spoilers. Very nice!

I just got my first order from HandA, a new spoiler for my S. I was very happy with the whole process, very professional, and a great discount!

they're great and I've never had problems, but they won't sell any part to you, only what's on the list. that gets frustrating because I have to pay shipping from RI to get low prices on parts.

always been extremely satisfied. lighting fast and cheap shipping for us bay area people.

hondautomotiveparts.com is cheaper for parts. i have bought a couple grand worth of parts from those guys, and while i can't complain about the prices, the service is questionable. if one part out of 20 is backordered, they just sit on the whole order, no email, no phone call, etc.

I ordered the Sun Visor from them and had incorrectly put the shipping info, e-mailed them right away and they corrected it and replied to my e-mail letting me know they corrected it. Got the visor 3 days later! Good stuff!
