Can't seem to find that emblem with the red H on rick's website. if someone has the link can they post it.

Good News - Went to honda today to get my oil changed, told them about the ding in my steering wheel. I told the service personel that i pressed on the H with my thumb like normal, and it dented. I asked if they can replace the emblem knowing that they would have to change out the entire airbag. The lady said sure they will take care of the ding. After the oil change she explained that the whole airbag needed to be replace to get out the ding, and that warranty will cover that. So cool, i got a new airbag on the way!

It's difficult to remove the OEM badge without damaging it. It really can't be fixed properly. If the badge is damaged, the airbag needs to be replaced to get a new one.

I grinded/filed/sanded off the metal "H" and polished the badge, but I didn't remove it from the airbag.

You could always fill the dents and paint the badge. [A new airbag is a pricey item!]

WOW, I like the look of your handy work How or what is the prosess to get the look you ended up with The Rick's badge looks just ok to me. It looks like what it is, a peel and stick sticker, not like the wheel came that way.
