dude wierd! i just got my VIN# today.. #4796

looks like my girl was right behind yours in line. i pick her up saturday

 

small world. a question for you, do you have a "P" in your VIN in the 11th position as well, or is it a "T"? maybe i just heard the voicemail from my dealer wrong, but i'm pretty sure she said "P". i thought this character was supposed to be for the Tochigi (hence T) S2000 plant in Japan?

My VIN is 5110. I'm hoping that it will be here next week. I wonder what the distribution chain is? Do they send the cars over as soon as they are built, or do they wait for a full ship? Does the ship go into one central harbor, and get put on a truck or train to the dealers across the US, or do they put the cars on specific ships going into regional harbors? Inquiring minds want to know...
