hard right turns???

hey guys i juss want to know what you guys mean with "hard right turns" when referring to oil consumption of the stook? i've seen this quote so much and i dont know what it is.

There have been a few instances of oil smoke in very hard right turns at the track. Nothing but a few drops of use that you will not see on the street.
