Hard top question
Once you have your hard top installed for the first time. And now you decide to go topless. How difficult is to put it back? How much time average? Any chances for making any damage to the paint or other body structure?

I have taken my top off and on more than once by myself w/ no hoist etc...
Just akward and something I wouldn't suggest.
It isn't hard at all, takes a matter of seconds, and you should use 2 people.

Please don't attempt to do it on your own, you will most likely damage your car (that is to the guy who started this post)

. Used to do it with my MR2 Spyder too. The hardest part is extracting yourself out of the car after you've set the top down on it. Not much room behind those seats even when they're pushed all the way forward. I'm 5' 10" and about 170 lbs and if I were any bigger or less limber I don't think I'd be able to do it that way.Otherwise, with two people it should only be a one minute job putting on and about 30 seconds taking back off. Piece of cake.
