Hey guys.. just a quick question. If i go with a different hard top.. say CF that has a non-glass backing.. i cannot use a defroster am i right?

If so, for anyone who does have like the mugen hard top or seibon.. do you have any rear fogging issues?? I live in reno where it can get cold and snowy. Thus, the defroster issue.

Correct. All non-OEM HT do not have rear defrosters. For you that is good. The early 2000 cars needed alot of extra parts to install the HT and defroster. Honda changed soon after (Mid year 2000) to require less. In 2002+ they require the fewest parts as Honda build in most of what is needed.
