Default Hard top shipping damage

SOOO..this is my first hard top and I was excited to see what it looked liked..after unpackaging the top this is what I found..

This ruined my whole day, so much for installing it now..It is my first time filing a shipping claim and I don't know what to expect during this whole process. Anybody have any advice? I would appreciate it...

Nope..UPS packaged it..I must say it was horrible packaging..basically bubble wrapped all around...they combined a bunch of cardboard boxes together and turned it into on big box..

I am pretty convinced it was the shipping company's fault...The bubble wrap around the damaged area was torn up.

Oh man, that looks terrible. I hope UPS owns up to it since they ARE the ones that packaged it. You should be okay in that regards, but you're proabably going to play the waiting game with them. Good luck with the situation.
