my hardtop has been refitted to my s2k twice. it is beginning to rattle a bit once more.
when i took it in to the dealer the foreman agreed that it was too loose but then commented
that it might help if i locked the clips on the soft top to hold the soft top down.
this comment killed my confidence in the service department. i was wondering if
anybody could tell me how to fix this the fitting myself?

You need to isolate where the rattle is coming from first, that way your fellow brothers and sisters from the broad can help you better if they know where its coming from.
