There are some really good deals on hardtops right now, so im thinking of getting one, Do you notice the extra weight ?

I think it weighs 44 lbs, never noticed the weight being a hinderance.

The difference in weight is not really noticeable in my opinion, but I no longer have 200whp so my impressions may be different then someone elses. If you are really concerned about weight then you can pull out the soft top and run the hardtop. I wouldn't be worried about the extra 40-50lbs though.

The advantages you'll notice with the top far outweigh any weight differences. Once I installed my hard top - the only time it came off was a year later when I stored my car (for 3 years while I'm overseas). You won't regret buying the top - and you won't regret dating skinny chicks either .
